ALL SHIRTS, SWEATSHIRTS AND HOODIES ARE UNISEX UNLESS SPECIFIED. Shirts are either 100% Cotton or 100% Polyester. Bleached Shirts are 65% Polyester and 35% Cotton.

Do you ship internationally?

We Only ship to the United States at this time.

 

How quickly do you respond to messages?

We try to answer all messages in a timely manner. We answer them in the order received. We typically respond within 24-72 hours of receiving a message or email.

 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If you notice an error, please email us as quickly as possible @ducrescreativedesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number and we can try to fix the error. We DON'T guarantee it.

 

The tracking number says "DELIVERED" but I haven't received my order?

All US Delivery issues become the responsibility of the carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.) once it's been shipped. Please contact them to locate package.

 

How do I take advantage of any discounts on offer?

During the checkout process you can enter your discount code in the correct field and the appropriate discount will be applied. It will not be added for you after completing your purchase.
